The Bay Area is no stranger to musical talent. Mr L.O.C., laced with undeniable talent identified a new perspective in bringing the next wave of Hip Hop to another level. Quite simply, Mr L.O.C. is raising the eye-brows of the Hip Hop Community, as well as moving heads across all age, and color demographics.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Mr L.O.C.’s new sound incorporates an eclectic blend of original beat’s, mainstream yet intricate elements, coupled with commanding heartfelt powerful vocals, all delivered and described with a smoothness similar only to the likes of the artist Ice Cube.
